Thelien scouts are the fastest in the world. Period. Thousands of years worth of constant warfare has resulted in an artificial evolution - the fastest horses surivived. With careful training, a Thelien horse can gallope through enemy lines at top speed, while the archer on top lets loose a volley that puts most stationary archers to shame.
